How are UK orders delivered?

For UK mainland standard and express deliveries we use a Royal Mail service. Next day deliveries are sent using DPD.

 

How are international orders delivered?

International orders will be sent via our export partner Global-e.  All local taxes and import duties are shown at checkout.

 

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes we offer a standard free delivery service. There is usually a minimum spend in order to qualify and this varies depending on your location.

 

Can I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number. To view your delivery status visit DPD or Royal Mail and add in your tracking number. For international orders track your order on the Global-e Page using the order number sent from Global-e.

 

Does the package need to be signed for?

Packages are scanned at the delivery point and on selected services a signature may be required. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery a contact card should be left by the delivery person inviting you to schedule a new delivery or providing information on the local pick up point.

 

Can I arrange a specific delivery date with you?

Yes, we are here to assist and will do whatever we can do make sure you receive the item at a convenient time. Please note that both timed and Saturday deliveries do carry a surcharge. If you require your order to be sent using a premium service, please contact us.

 

Our Packaging and The Environment:

All of the packaging we use is plastic free and can either be composted, reused, or recycled at home. We still receive a number of products from our suppliers wrapped individually in plastic, which means you may receive some of this in your parcel. By eliminating plastic from our own packaging, we are reducing our internal waste and using this as a platform to make suppliers stand up and take note. By getting in contact with the manufacturers and requesting changed we can reduce unwanted plastic waste even further, and we're already seeing improvements!

All our products can be picked up from our store at 24, Lansdown Estate, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL51 8PL.  Simply add in the address above as the delivery address and select pick up in-store as the delivery method.
